Samsung Z1 Loaded With Tizen OS 2.3 Launched In India For Rs.5700

Korean smartphone giant Samsung Launched its first Tizen OS powered Samsung Z1 in India for Rs.5700.The device runs in Tizen 2.3 OS which is fully a Linux based OS designed and powered by Samsung to compete with Android.The device is available in White,Black and Wine Red color and will be avaialble in stores from 14th JAN 2015.

Heading on to the specification part,New Samsung Z1 features an 4" WVGA PLS display.The device is powered with 1.2 GHz dual-core processor with 768 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage with 64 GB expansion slot.As far as camera is concerned,it comes with an 3.1 megapixel primary camera and a front facing VGA camera.In connectivity options we have got WiFi,BT,USB 2.0 and GPS. The battery core is equipped with an 1500 mAh battery.

Samsung Z1 comes with Tizen OS powered store from where users can install application.Users can also install android application via OpenMobile ACL.By default the Tizen OS doesn't support android application.Users need to installOpenMobile ACL to run famous android applications.However few popular applications like Whatsapp etc will work smoothly.

During the launch Samsung has tied up treaty with Reliance and Aircel to offer 500 MB 3G data free for 3 months.
